Title Swallowed

2017

Technique crochet
Materials Recycled fabric, a doll,  a tap, shoes and a chair

The past chases us and presents itself in the present. The work reflects childhood experiences that affect how we deal with life in adulthood. The objects in which the fluid swells can resemble memories and the vulnerability of being human. The installation is a visual state when the past reaches the surface, becomes visible for a short time and then retreats below the surface.
